9 Fixin Wax recipe I'm looking for a good recipe for making "fixin wax" like that sold by Dave Canterbury/Wilderness outfitters. I've found a few recipes on the web & was curious if anyone here had one they liked better. With the wealth of experience here I figured there might be something as good or better. I've also used fix'n wax from self reliance outfitters and it works great on tools, leather, wood, cordage, canvas, etc. I had these giant oversized chapstick tubes about 3x the size of a regular chapstick tube, so I melted it down and poured it into those with a funnel.
